"Workforce 2020: Meeting the benefits needs of today’s diverse workforce in a changed world" is the first report from Guardian’s 8th Annual Workplace Benefits Study. Our research focuses on the mindsets and needs of five key communities in the workforce that traditionally have been underserved from an employee benefits perspective. Diversity in the workplace goes well beyond traditional demographic attributes like age, race, and gender. Tomorrow’s workforce will be even more diverse than the workforce of today – and employers must prepare.1
