NEW YORK, N.Y., July 20, 2023 - The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America® (Guardian) recently received a 2023 Disability Matters North America Marketplace Award. The Disability Matters Awards, presented annually by Springboard Consulting LLC, honors companies for their innovative programs resulting in the successful outreach, recruitment, engagement and retention of candidates, employees, and customers with disabilities. Previous winners of this award include American Airlines and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Guardian was honored for their work in bringing comprehensive disability inclusion thought leadership content and proprietary research to key audiences, including Guardian’s customers, distribution partners and colleagues. Guardian’s report Future Accommodations and webinar, “ Revisiting Disability Wisdom: Learning from workers with disabilities ”, are recent examples.
